24 Hour Cancellation/No Show
We respectfully request 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. This allows us to offer your time slot to other clients and honors our skilled staff. A credit card will be held at time of booking, and Lash & Co. reserves the right to charge 100% for services for "No Shows" or and 50% for cancellations within a 24 hour window.

We at Lash & Co. hold the privacy of our clients at highest regard. We ask that you please respect the sign on the door if a sensitive service is in progress and remain in the designated waiting area. We adhere to all safety and health regulations for our services.
